Complaints
MIFFC has a complaint monitoring programme to collect the concerns and feedback of relevant stakeholders. This programme is impartial, transparent, and fair. A summary of the complaints and the actions taken to address them will be made public by the Project Community Liaison Committee.
All complaints received will be acknowledged within 72 hours and recorded in the registry within five business days. Complaints will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days.
