They can also be made by phone at 514 228-5448.
Additionally, reports can be shared in person at:
- the construction site
- the Montreal Port Authority
- the City of Montréal-Est
Complaints will then be forwarded by the Communications Manager or the Construction Director to the Complaints Coordinator, Ms. Christine Guay of WSP.
Once recorded, complaints are reviewed, and a notification is sent to the Montreal Port Authority (MPA).
A designated person is then assigned to handle the complaint and take the necessary actions.
Follow-up will be provided to the complainant.
Finally, the complaint status will be updated in the complaint register.
