to the Montreal Port Authority (MPA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #9f9f9f;\">A designated person is then assigned to handle the complaint and take the necessary actions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #9f9f9f;\">Follow-up will be provided to the complainant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #9f9f9f;\">Finally, the complaint status will be updated
