You can also report an issue or concern in person at:
- the Montréal airport fuel terminal;
- the Port of Montréal Authority (MPA);
- the City of Montréal-Est.
Issues and concerns are then forwarded by the Communications Lead or the Construction Director to the Public Inquiries Coordinator, Christine Guay (WSP).
Once issues and concerns are logged, they are reviewed, and a notification is sent to the Montreal Port Authority (MPA).
A designated representative is then assigned to address the issue or concern and take the necessary steps.
Our representative will then follow up with the person who raised the issue or concern. The issue’s status will be updated in the issues-and-concerns log.
